It is the central repository that ingests current-state processes from integrated process mining/discovery tools or unstructured sources like Microsoft Visio to provide end-to-end process visibility. As-is processes are then optimized or can be built from scratch using Blueprint’s intuitive modeling capabilities, where entire processes down to discreet process steps can be connected to critical information like higher-level business objectives or regulations. Instead of using a PDD to define a future state, the enterprise design and optimization work that is done in Blueprint's Enterprise Automation Suite creates a Digital Blueprint for the future to-be state, where all critical information included in the Digital Blueprint can be automatically delivered to the RPA platform of choice or a range of other outputs, resulting in higher-quality and faster bot development with decreased downstream risk.
